These are the terms and conditions under which you can participate in our Samsung Upgrade Program ("Upgrade Program"), which provides you with the opportunity to purchase an eligible Samsung Galaxy S10 handset and the option to upgrade to the latest Samsung Galaxy handset. When ordering a new Galaxy S10 phone, you can, by selecting the appropriate option on our website, and if successful, apply for a new 24-month credit agreement (including passing all credit checks relevant) with our chosen credit provider (for details see below), be able to participate in the upgrade program. 3.2 The opportunity to purchase a Galaxy S10 phone through finance and participate in the upgrade program is for consumers only; it is not available for business customers.2.4 “Drafting” includes emails.
