< p >When you open the device package and cannot find the wireless receiver, some mice and keyboards remember the wireless receiver. Look under the mouse button at the battery or the battery compartment on the keyboard, but they are not placed in those locations.

How to clean the mouse

To clean the lens, please follow the steps below:

Turn off the computer and unplug the mouse.

Check the lens at the bottom of the optical mouse.

If you find any debris, use canned compressed air to try to blow it out.

If not, please remove the cotton swab or terry cloth and dip it in isopropyl alcohol. It should be kept slightly damp, but not too wet. Clean the lens gently.

To clean the roller, do the following:

Turn off the computer and unplug the mouse.

Show the scroll wheel.

If you find any debris, use canned compressed air to try to blow it out.

If not, please remove the cotton swab or sponge cloth and moisten it with isopropyl alcohol (it should be kept slightly damp, but not too wet), then wipe the periphery of the roller to clean oil deposits and dirt.

To clean the lens, do the following:
